However, hidden beneath the body are a whole host of new technological highlights. In addition to the outstanding camera system, this primarily applies to the advanced AI features such as AI recognition, low-light performance features for low-light conditions, and the laser rangefinder.
- INTELLIGENT FLIGHT FUNCTIONS: The Matrice 4T is equipped with advanced features for intelligent flight. It can identify people, vehicles, and boats and features a laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1,800 meters. It also allows for mapping the observed area and offers additional features such as FlyTo, POI, and Smart Track/Cruise.
- LOW-LIGHT PERFORMANCE: For use in low-light conditions, the Matrice 4T features a night scene mode and near-infrared (NIR) illumination for improved visibility in the dark.
- POWERFUL CAMERA SYSTEM: The drone delivers outstanding image quality thanks to its 7x telephoto lens, which can recognize license plates from a distance of 250 meters, and a 3x telephoto lens, ideal for medium-range inspection tasks. It can detect small objects from a distance of 10 meters and read corresponding data. Foreground stabilization ensures stable telephoto images, while electronic defogging/haze removal improves image clarity.
- INTEGRATED THERMAL IMAGING CAMERA: The Matrice 4T delivers a resolution of up to 1280 × 1024px in infrared super-resolution mode (640 × 512px in normal operation).
- INTEGRATED NAVIGATION AND AUTOMATIC RETURN The Matrice 4T is equipped with a built-in GNSS+Vision positioning and navigation system. The system activates quickly and enables a safe return to the home point, even in environments with limited GNSS coverage.
- PILOT APP The Matrice 4T is equipped with the advanced DJI Pilot 2 app, which allows you to view live images and information on your smartphone or tablet. The app features a built-in warning system should the drone's battery run low or the drone leave the radio range of the deployed RC+2 controller.
- ADVANCED PILOT ASSISTANCE SYSTEM (APAS) The DJI Matrice 4T is equipped with the Advanced Pilot Assistance System (APAS), which is activated in Normal Mode. This system uses advanced sensors and algorithms to detect obstacles in real time and automatically perform evasive maneuvers, increasing safety during flight.
- O4 IMAGE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM The O4 Enterprise's image transmission system consists of an 8-antenna setup with adaptive selection on each drone. Combined with a high-performance receive antenna integrated into the remote controller, this system achieves a transmission range of up to 20 kilometers. It also enables a download bandwidth of up to 20 MB/s. Signal stability is further optimized with the optional DJI Cellular Dongle 2, which utilizes 4G image transmission with the aircraft's antennas.
